Crispy Seed Crackers

With only seeds and water, these crackers are gluten free and super easy to make. Packed full of fibre and healthy fats (vitamin E, omega 3), it's a perfect snack and substitute to bread. Great for scooping up your hummus or guacamole, or perhaps some sardine paste?


Makes 2 baking trays.

  • 1 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups water


  1. Mix all together in a bowl
  2. Leave for at least 6h (I ususally leave it overnight)
  3. Spread out thinly on a baking paper on a tray and put in the oven (125C) for 1,5h or until dry enough. Thicker crackers need longer time.
